Carteret Community College invites students and community members to the Launch Your Teaching Career: University Transfer & Job Fair, an exciting opportunity to explore pathways into the field of education. This event will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Bryant Student Center at Carteret Community College.

Designed for anyone interested in pursuing a career in education, this event is ideal for those considering K–12 teaching, teacher assistant positions, substitute teaching, or early childhood education. Attendees will have the chance to connect with Carteret advisors, university partners, and education employers to gain a comprehensive understanding of academic and career options in education. There will also be a raffle for $50 gift card to Teacher's Pet.

There will be representatives from UNCW, ECU, NC State, Carteret County Public Schools, Tiller, Sun Shine Bright Academy, and Big Rock.

Students can expect to:
